Set-A-Side Storage

Set-A-Side offers a range of storage and recycling directly for film, TV, theatre and events. Their storage includes expert offloading and photographic inventories. They offer sustainable re-use/re-purpose and recycling solutions. When stored sets are no longer required, they give new life to the elements, offering applicable elements for re-homing/gifting and should this not be possible, they recycle them with a 0% to landfill guarantee.

They have invested heavily in a re-cycling facility, allowing them to break down sets to composite materials for recycle/reuse and repurpose. 

When elements cannot be re-homed of re-purposed:

• Wood is chipped in an onsite facility before being sent for biomass.

• Metal is cut and sent for metal recycling.

• Mixed materials are sent to a Recycling Centre on a vehicle with HVO fuel.

Measuring their impact based on tonnage of materials saved from waste, in the last year they have off-set 100 tons of Co2e and planted over 100 trees in the UK.
